Clients Appreciate Stutters Restorations Efforts

Our Stutters Restorations team has received a letter of appreciation from one of our recent clients and we would like to share this with everyone!


On or about the 22nd of January 2016 we unfortunately incurred a water leak through our skylight causing damage to the attic and interior of the house. As you must be aware the whole restoration process can be worrisome, inconvenient, disruptive, messy and stressful. Stutters Disaster Kleanup and all parties involved helped make it a more agreeable operation with a very satisfactory outcome.

I would like to add that the communication between ourselves, ClaimsPro, Stutters Restorations, BCAA and with all the individuals involved was handled professionally, in a timely manner, and with the agreeable resolution. There was no delay between time of contact and emergency services. There was no delay after the drying process and the start of the repairs. Any delays caused were due to our indecision and our coordination with the replacement of the skylight. Stutters’ project managers, trades people and coordinators all arrived day after day without delay to complete the work. They arrived on time and were courteous, professional and a pleasure to deal with. We were always informed about the schedule of work and the process, which helped ease our minds.

Most of all to Erich Dueck who was the master of the fine ship that Stutters sailed. His attention to the ongoing project and his work ethic was commendable. Everyone knew prior to arriving at our house what exactly was required of them. Any troubleshooting required brought Erich to the jobsite very quickly and with a resolution. He checked on the work progress daily and the resulting coordination was spot on.
